Policy
In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask that you follow these guidelines when booking/attending appointments.
BOOKING
NAILS
For an appointment please call (239) 672-4975.
Deposit is NOT required.
Online booking for nails is NOT available.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
DEPOSITS ARE APPLIED TOWARDS THE SERVICE BOOKED ON THE DAY OF
A $20 deposit is required to book makeup.
CANCELLATION
NAILS
Please call (239) 672-4975 to cancel any appointments scheduled.
If you No Call/No Show I will no longer accept you as my client.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel any services booked.
If service is canceled without a 48-hour notice, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
NAILS
If you're going to be late please give us a courtesy call (239) 672-4975 so I know you will be making it.
BRIDAL MAKEUP
There is a 15 minute grace period, at the 10 min mark past your appointment time a $10 late fee will be added to your total. At the 15 min mark, your appointment will be canceled and you'll be considered a no call/no show. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay 50% of the serviced booked.

You will be charged 50% of your service booked and forfeit your deposit.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS for any services.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TRAVELING FEE
BRIDAL MAKEUP
$1.00 per mile, round trip from the location of operation (Fort Myers, FL).
